How to apply for access to the

National Door Dealer site!

 

1. You must first submit a completed Electric Commerce Agreement for approval.  You may download an electronic copy of the acreement and the submit it to National Door Industries, Inc.  To get a copy you must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. Click here to download Acrobat reader.

A. First Create a Temporary directory on your computer(ex: c:\temp).

B. Save the install file(ar32e301.exe) for the Adobe Acrobat reader in your temporary directory (i.e. c:\temp).

C. Install by running the installation file by clicking "run" on the start menu and enter the file name of the installation file (ex: c:\temp\ar32e301.exe)

D. Follow the instructions provided by Adobe during the installation process.

2. Once you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on the computer you can view the Electric Commerce Agreement.

A. Down load the Electronic Commmerce Agreement.

B. With Netscape/MSIE a new window will open displaying the Electric Commerce Agreement. If you do know have the latest version of Netscape or MSIE you may be required to download the file to disk then open it with

C. Select print from the menu and print the document.

D. Read and complete the form and mail to:

For faster service also fax the completed agreement to 800-NAT-FAX5, but we must receive the original document.

We will complete your account setup and you will recieve your account number and password to the email address you provided on the completed form.
